“AzerGold” CJSC plants trees in the 10-ha area on the occasion of May 10 – Flower Festival

“AzerGold” Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) has conducted a tree-planting campaign in the territory of Chovdar Ore Processing Area located in Dashkasan district on the occasion of May 10 – Flower Festival. The Company has planted trees in the 10-ha area with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Enterprise for protection and restoration of forests in Dashkasan region.

Prior to conduction of the campaign, “AzerGold” CJSC applied to the Enterprise for protection and restoration of forests in Dashkasan region. The enterprise favoured the abovementioed application, consented to disinterestedly supply the Company with various kinds of trees and send the specialists to the area for help.

During 20 days, the employees of the Company and the Entreprise have planted in total 6 thousand trees consisting of trees like cypress, plum, apple, bird-cherry, wilding pear, walnut and hazelnut.
