Chairman of the Executive Board held another meeting with the winner of Yukselish competition

Within the framework of mentoring program of Yukselish competition, Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold Closed Joint Stock Company held a meeting with Nazim Novruzov, one of the winners of the named competition.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the work carried out on the basis of individual development plans and reviewed the interface plan implemented the previous month. The mentor also answered questions about career planning, how to determine key performance indicators, staff performance metrics and their role in management, and recommended a list of reference on personal efficiency and self-improvement. Then the parties exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and developed the action plan for the next month.

Notably, "Yukselish" (Rise) competition was established upon the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev signed on July 26, 2019 to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual level and management skills and to develop human capital stock in the country.
