Another Meeting Was Held with Residents of the Remote Villages of Dashkasan

On March 15, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) held a regular meeting with the residents of remote Chovdar and Gushchu villages and other settlements of the Dashkasan region.

Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC, Chairman of the CSR Committee, Khayyam Farzaliyev talked about the projects implemented in the Ganja-Dashkasan economic area, where the Joint-Stock Company operates, in particular, in the fields of improving the socioeconomic conditions of residents of villages and towns located near the exploited mines and environmental protection. The Joint-Stock Company provided detailed information on the projects to be implemented in the current year in the fields of expanding employment, agriculture, healthcare, education development, ecology, increasing the popularity of sports, etc.

Then, citizens' appeals were heard, and opinions were exchanged regarding new initiatives. At the meeting, the issues raised by residents were also recorded for investigation and resolution according to the law in force, and appropriate instructions were given.

It should be noted that the CSR Committee of AzerGold CJSC will continue to arrange regular meetings with the regional population to identify social needs.
