Zakir Ibrahimov had another meeting within mentoring program of Yukselish competition

Within the framework of mentoring program of Yukselish competition, Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold Closed Joint Stock Company met Nazim Novruzov, one of the winners of the named competition.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the work carried out on the basis of individual development plans, and cooperation plan for the next month. The mentor also answered questions about corporate governance, management methods and their role in management. They also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

Signifying satisfaction with the close cooperation, the Chairman reminded again that he would support the winner to realize his potential capacity within the program. Nazim Novruzov expressed interest in gaining more management experience by working on projects with the mentor, thanked for the useful advice and the terms offered to get acquainted with the activities of various departments of the Company.

Notably, "Yukselish" (Rise) competition was established upon the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev signed on July 26, 2019 to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual level and management skills and to develop human capital stock in the country.
