Winners of “Creative Media – Baku” Competition were awarded by co-organizers AzerGold CJSC and MEDIA

On July 19, the winners of the next “Creative Media – Baku” Content Competition, co-organized by the Media Development Agency (MEDIA) and AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company, were awarded.
The awarding ceremony of the event dedicated to the 149th anniversary of national press and co-organized by MEDIA, Audiovisual Council and Press Council of the Azerbaijan Republic was attended by Dagbeyi Ismayilov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MEDIA, Rashad Majid, Chairman of the Press Council, Leyla Sadikhova, Head of Public Relations and Marketing Department of AzerGold CJSC, Bakhtiyar Garaja, member of Audiovisual Council and officials of other state institutions, media, and private organizations.
Students joined the competition as teams on different topics as “Reconstruction process in the liberated territories: constant and sustainable development”, “Green solutions in the mining industry: climate, technology and innovations”, “Climate action and the youth” and eighteen students from higher educational institutions were granted with diplomas, awards and gifts.
 “Creative Media – Baku” Content Competition was organized within the MEDIAlab Project of MEDIA and AzerGold CJSC. The main goal of the project is to ensure the sustainability of innovations in media sphere, to support the integration of traditional media into digital media in the educational process, to increase the personnel potential for the development of human resources, which is the main link in the technological transformation chain, to expand the interaction and cooperation between media and higher educational institutions, and to provide favourable ecosystem for the youth to improve their digital media skills.
