AzerGold sends humanitarian aid to Turkiye

With the view to support the victims of the strong earthquake in brotherly country, AzerGold" Closed Joint Stock Company (JSC) has sent humanitarian aid to Turkiye.
Various goods and equipment, including a generator, an electric heater, warm clothing sets for children, women and men, bedding, were submitted to Heydar Aliyev Foundation for dispatch to quake-hit disaster zone in order to ease the suffering of the victims.
Notably, upon the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, voluntary humanitarian support measures to Turkiye have been launched towards elimination of the consequences of the natural disaster, which was accompanied by numerous casualties and destruction on February 6, 2023. Thousands of people, various public and private companies, including civil society institutions from Azerbaijan joined this noble calling.
AzerGold expresses deep condolence to Turkiye, as well as the families and friends of the killed and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.
