Zakir Ibrahimov received the winners of the 4th Yukselish competition

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold Closed Joint Stock Company, met with the winners – Aslan Hasanli and Rufat Mammadkhanli – of the 4th Yukselish competition within the mentoring programme.

Mr Ibrahimov emphasized that the Yukselish competition, established by the Decree of Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has made a significant contribution to identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual and management skills, and establishing personnel reserve in the country.

During the introductory meeting, Z.Ibrahimov congratulated the participants of the mentoring programme on their achievement and making good use of the opportunities presented by the state.

Mr Chairman gave detailed information about the activities of AzerGold CJSC and noted that the winners will be provided with support to develop their potential, increase their professional skills and management experience by engaging them in practical activities.

Personal development plans and work to be done within the mentoring programme were discussed at the meeting.

The winners of the Yukselish competition expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to meet and the sincere conversation, and emphasized that the programme will make a significant contribution to their personal development for sure.
