Zakir Ibrahimov met the winner of the 3rd Yukselish competition to discuss the results of the mentorship programme

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold CJSC, held a final meeting with Vugar Mamedov, one of the project winners within the mentorship programme of the 3rd Yukselish competition.

During the meeting, the outcomes of the mentorship programme were discussed based on a 1-year personal development plan.

Z.Ibrahimov congratulated Vugar Mamedov on the successful completion of the programme, wished him every success in his future career, and expressed his satisfaction with the mutually productive cooperation, and highlighted that he would always be glad to support initiatives aimed at developing the potential of young and talented managers.

In his turn, V.Mamedov said that he have benefited from his mentor’s recommendations on career planning, effective management, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, effective decision-making in force majeure situations, ethical principles and professional standards, and crisis management plans, and added that the experience and knowledge he gained within the programme would have a great influence on his personal development and career.

For your information, the Yukselish competition was organized by the Decree of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on July 26, 2019, to identify and support promising managers with high intellectual level and management skills, and to establish a staff reserve in the country.
