Zakir Ibrahimov met with the winner of the 3rd Rise competition

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company, held another meeting with Vugar Mamedov, one of the project winners within the Mentoring programme of the 3rd Rise competition.

The analysis of gold prices in the world market, changing dynamics of market prices and trends were the main topics of the meeting and the main factors affecting gold prices and the current state of the international precious metals market were discussed. Mr Chairman gave his recommendations on developing the skills of data-driven decision-making, rational thinking and decision-making, and intuitive decision-making techniques.

Z.Ibrahimov entrusted the winner with the task of maintaining and developing public relations, special approaches to public administration and protocol rules for the next meeting, in accordance with a one-year personal development plan.
