AzerGold CJSC met with R.V.Investment Group Services LLC, USA in Gadabay

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold CJSC received Reza Vaziri, President of R.V. Investment Group Services LLC, USA in Gadabay, as well as representatives of both companies.

The meeting was aimed at discussing joint operational measures within the contract performance of the Product Sharing Agreement between the parties and the future plans.

The meeting emphasized the prompt legal, organizational and technical support by AzerGold CJSC after receiving the partnership powers under the agreement in improving operational activities in the contract areas in accordance with international standards and legislative requirement. During the meeting, views were exchanged on necessary documentation for expansion of the wet tailings facility in the Gadabay contract area, on safety measures, and on other processing and production activities in the mining areas.

The importance of obtaining permits from relevant state bodies for subsoil usage, changing the land categories, construction permits, safety measures in production, strengthening relations with local communities, and environmental protection was highlighted during the meeting, and the experience of the Company in relevant areas was emphasized.

Note that AzerGold CJSC was empowered to represent the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1176-VIQ dated June 21, 2024, in connection with contract performance on exploration, development and production sharing of the promising gold, copper and polymetallic ore deposits of the Gadabay, Gosha, Kharkhar, Garadagh, Ordubad group (Piyazbashi, Aghyurd, Shakardara, Kalaki), Gizilbulag, Damirli and Vejnali.
