Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC Held the Next Meeting with the Winner of the 3rd Yukselish Competition

Chairman of the Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) Zakir Ibrahimov held another meeting with one of the winners of the Mentorship Program Project of the 3rd Yukselish (Ascent) competition Vugar Mammadov.
At the meeting with the competition winner, the 1-year personal development plan was reviewed, and the work to be done under the program was discussed. Also, an action plan for the next month was agreed upon to determine personal development priorities. Thus, over a month, a SWOT analysis of the competition winner will be performed, and his personal and professional development needs will be identified.
At the meeting, Z. Ibrahimov also answered the competition winner’s questions on career planning in management, independent decision-making, and improving professional skills, and gave long-term and progressive development-oriented recommendations.
V. Mammadov expressed his gratitude to the Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC for the sincere reception and confidence that the discussions and recommendations made at the meeting would have a positive impact as inspiring and guiding factors on the fulfillment of the tasks agreed upon for the next 1 month, as well as the work to be done under the general program.
It should be noted that the Yukselish competition was launched by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019. The competition covers citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 21-51, with a higher education and two years of management experience. The competition comprises 5 stages – registration, online selection, interview, semi-final, and final. The competition winners receive a one-year personal development plan and a self-development grant of AZN 20,000 each from the management mentors (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html). It should be noted that on December 25, 2023, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed a Decree on holding the 4th Yukselis competition.
