Chairman of AzerGold CJSC’s Board Met with the Winner of the 4th Yukselish Competition

On April 9, the Chairman of AzerGold CJSC’s Board, Zakir Ibrahimov, met with one of the winners of the Mentorship Program Project implemented as part of the 4th Yukselish (Ascent) competition, Aslan Hasanli.

At the meeting, the winner’s one-year individual development plan was reviewed, and a SWOT analysis of the mentee was performed based on strengths and weaknesses identified to determine priorities for personal development.

Zakir Ibrahimov provided the competition winner with recommendations and instructions aimed at developing management skills by maximizing the use of strong competencies, further improving weak competencies, and acquiring other necessary skills.

Expressing gratitude for the sincere reception, the competition winner, Aslan Hasanli, stated that the topics discussed during the meeting, as well as the recommendations and instructions received in the field of management, would play a guiding role in revealing his potential and developing his future career, leadership qualities, and management skills as part of his one-year individual development plan.

It should be noted that the Yukselish competition was launched by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019, to identify and support promising leaders with a high intelligence level and management skills, and create a human resource pool in the country.
