AzerGold CJSC and Frontier Works Organization Signed Cooperation Documents

On April 8, AzerGold CJSC and Frontier Works Organization of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
At the ceremony held in Islamabad as part of the visit of the Azerbaijani delegation led by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, to Pakistan and the Pakistan Mineral Investment Forum, the documents were signed by AzerGold CJSC’s Board Member and Deputy Chairman, Khayyam Farzaliyev, and Director for Exploration and Development Operations of Frontier Works Organization, Muhammad Badr Malik.
Under the documents signed for cooperation in mining and geology, the parties plan to study available geological data on mineral deposits in Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and other countries and prepare proposals for the joint implementation of geological exploration programs and mining projects. The documents also express the parties’ intentions to exchange data and experience and continue mutual visits.
Recall that on February 25 of the current year, as part of the Azerbaijan-Pakistan Business Forum, a meeting with the delegation led by the Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Works Organization, Abdul Samin, visiting our country, was held at AzerGold CJSC. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed upon holding consultations to determine specific cooperation areas, as well as prepare and sign an NDA document for data exchange and a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation.
