AzerGold CJSC Has Created the Country-First Geological Exploration Information System

AzerGold CJSC has created and put into operation the country-first Geological Exploration Information System, ensuring the real-time collection, processing, archiving, and management of geological exploration data.

The new software aims to improve the efficiency and promptness of geological research as part the CJSC's activity on digitalizing business processes and expanding the implementation of innovative technologies.

This system consists of two main components – a web-based software and a mobile application. The web-based software is designed for data processing, management, and reporting under stationary conditions. This platform ensures the functions of structuring, archiving, search, and sorting of geological data in various formats, as well as map-based visualization and analysis capabilities.

The web system synchronizes the information flow and ensures data security.

The mobile app is intended for the field use, especially in geological exploration and sampling processes. This app allows geologists to record coordinates, add photo and text data, classify samples, and perform other functions.

The mobile app is capable of operating offline while automatically transferring the data to the main system when the Internet connection is restored.

In general, the software plays an important role in ensuring compliance with both local and international reporting standards and enables the broader use of geological data in the future.
