Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold CJSC holds another meeting with the winner of the 5th “Yüksəliş” competition

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold CJSC, held another meeting with Togrul Khalilov, the winner of the 5th “Yüksəliş” competition, within the framework of the competition's Mentorship program.

Dedicated to defining personal development priorities, the core discussion of the meeting focused on the presentation and justification of the Personal Development Plan prepared by the mentee. Togrul Khalilov presented a plan aimed at enhancing his professional and managerial skills, outlining his goals and the primary steps envisioned to achieve them.

After reviewing the presented plan, the Chairman of the Executive Board shared his expertise and recommendations on management, leadership, and effective activity planning. He emphasized the importance of accurately identifying development priorities, systematically executing set goals, and continuously evaluating the outcomes.

The meeting also featured discussions on the key priorities for the upcoming period regarding the mentee's professional growth and the refinement of his managerial skills.

It should be noted that the “Yüksəliş” competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019. It aims to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual capabilities and management skills, thereby establishing a human resources bank in the country. The Mentorship program of the competition serves to develop the managerial skills of the winners, enhance their practical experience, and support their professional development.
