Important contributions of AzerGold CJSC to the country’s economy for eight years

The share of the mining industry in the non-oil and gas sector is increasing day by day thanks to the effective economic policy of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr Ilham Aliyev. AzerGold CJSC does its best to meet the demands for successful implementation of the tasks set for the development of the mining industry. The state company, which serves to develop this field, also contributes to the country’s economy by selling precious metals in local and international markets.

Over the past eight years, AzerGold CJSC has managed to become one of the leaders among the state exporters in the non-oil and gas sector. The Company produced 441.326 ounces of gold, 919.244 ounces of silver; sold 437.730 ounces of gold, 889.709 ounces of gold and silver on local and international markets. These sales operations attracted 1.274.094.914 manats to the country’s economy.
