Meeting with Farid Isayev and Asad Gurbanzade, the winners of the 3rd Yukselish (Rise) Competition at AzerGold CJSC

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Executive Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company, met with Farid Isayev and Asad Gurbanzade, the winners of the 3rd Yukselish (Rise) Competition at AzerGold CJSC.
Zakir Ibrahimov highlighted the importance of the 3rd Yukselish Competition, established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr Ilham Aliyev, for identifying and supporting talented people with high intellectual level and management skills in our country and forming a personnel reserve in the country.
Mr Ibrahimov informed the winners of the competition about the mining activities of AzerGold and also talked about his personal experience in the field of management, and emphasized that managers should constantly develop their knowledge and skills. He noted that hard work, responsibility, willingness and ability to take risks, professional communication skills, efficient distribution of work hours, personality assessment, efficient use of labor resources, rational behaviour are important qualities of a professional and successful manager. Z.Ibrahimov said that the mentoring programme of the Yukselish Competition has important influence on the competition winners to develop themselves further.
