AzerGold CJSC Improved the Employment Indicators in 2023

In 2023, the level of employment in the Ganja-Dashkasan economic region, where AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (JSC) performs its mining and processing operations, increased significantly. Over the reporting year, the number of employees working for AzerGold and its subsidiaries Dashkasan Iron Ore LLC and AzerBlast LLC increased by 16.3% and amounted to 989 (693 and 296 employees in, respectively, AzerGold CJSC and subsidiaries). 52% of employees (515) represent the regions of our country, in particular, the Ganja, Dashkasan, and Goygol regions. The Joint-Stock Company, along with its contractors, has created more than 2,000 permanent jobs.
