AzerGold CJSC Held A Meeting with the Winner of the 2nd Yukselish Competition on the Mentoring Program Results

Chairman of the Board of AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) Zakir Ibrahimov held a final meeting with one of the winners of the Mentorship Program Project of the 2nd Yukselish (Ascent) competition, Ali Ahmadov. At the meeting, the work done according to the 1-year personal development plan was analyzed, and the program results were discussed in detail.

Z. Ibrahimov congratulated Ali Ahmadov on the successful completion of the Mentorship Program and expressed his satisfaction with the mutually beneficial cooperation. As one of the managing mentors of the Project, the Chairman of the CJSC Board stressed that he will closely cooperate with the competition winner, share his experience with him, and thus help him to reveal his potential, and wished him success in further career development.

Appointed as an advisor at AzerGold CJSC, Ali Ahmadov said that during the program, he benefited from his mentor's advice on career planning, effective management, maintaining the balance between career and private life, ethical principles and professional standards, and crisis management, and the theoretical and practical experience and knowledge he gained would play an influential role in his personal development and further activity.

It should be noted that the Yukselish competition was launched by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019, to identify and support promising executives with high intellectual level and management skills and form a human resource bank in the country.
