Auction on placement of AzerGold CJSC’s bonds held at BSE

On November 30, 2020, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of AzerGold CJSC in the amount of USD $10,000,000.00 with state registration number AZ2002019878 has been concluded at Baku Stock Exchange.
In the course of the auction, 46 proposals were set forth by 37 investors with price range between 100,0000 (4,00%) and 103,4239 (3,00%). By the decision of the issuer the cut-off price and weighted average price were set at 102,0681 (3,50%) and 102,4759 (3,35%) respectively.
The total value of orders at face value was $ 18,443,000.00.
The volume of bonds placed at face value was $ 10,000,000.00.
Notably, the placement of the first tranche of AzerGold bonds in the amount of $10 million was carried out by competitive auction at Baku Stock Exchange on September 24 and weighted average price was set at 101.7493 (3.38%).
