ADA and BHOS Students Were Informed of AzerGold CJSC’s Recruitment System

AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) has held informative meetings concerning its recruitment system for 3rd and 4th year students at ADA University and Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).

The meetings were primarily aimed at informing the young people of the application and interviewing procedure to attract the technical specialty students to work for the Joint-Stock Company after graduation according to the staffing demands and encourage them to focus their knowledge and skills as qualified specialists on the economic progress of our country and sustainable and dynamic development of the mining industry.

At the meetings, the students were provided with detailed information on the activity areas, strategic vision, mission, and goals of AzerGold CJSC, which contributes to the economic development of our country, actively operating in the field of mining. It was reported that the Joint-Stock Company, defining the preparation of highly qualified national mining personnel as one of its key priorities, has established close cooperation with 8 higher education institutions operating in our country and the State Agency for Vocational Education. Conditions have been created for students’ internships in the CJSC’s Baku offices and production areas. Scholarship Program contests have been arranged for students of higher and vocational educational institutions operating in the country for already the 3rd year. The contest winners are involved in these programs to timely meet the demand of the Joint-Stock Company’s strategic projects with the required staff and develop the local base of experts in appropriate fields. The required measures are taken to provide them with jobs in appropriate vacancies after graduation according to the Joint-Stock Company’s requirements. Also, since 2023, the Miner of the Future project has been implemented for Dashkasan schoolchildren. As part of the project, support is provided for the Daşkasan secondary school 10th-year students in their preparation for higher education.

It should be noted that AzerGold CJSC plans to hold informative meetings concerning its recruitment system in the country’s other higher education institutions.
