AzerGold CJSC Received 2 Awards in the Field of CSR in 2023

In 2023, AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) successfully continued its activity in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Last year, the CJSC implemented projects in the fields of education, health, micro-entrepreneurship, agrarian development, ecology, women's employment, contribution to historical and cultural heritage, etc.

On April 11, 2023, the regional Autism Center was officially opened in Ganja in partnership with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Also, in April of last year, a mobile eye exam campaign was held in the Dashkasan region jointly with the National Ophthalmology Center named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva. In July of last year, a mobile medical examination campaign was arranged in the Dashkasan region jointly with the Regional Development Public Union of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Baku Health Center. The following projects have also been successfully implemented: ‘Supporting the Development of Beekeeping in Dashkasan’ in cooperation with the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, ‘Supporting Agricultural Development in the Dashkasan and Goygol Regions’ Project in cooperation with the Agrarian Services Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, ‘Expanding Employment of Women in the Dashkasan Region’ jointly with the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, etc.

In general, the projects implemented by the CJSC in the field of CSR were highly appreciated by the public. Thus, AzerGold CJSC obtained the next National CSR Award and for the first time, the Autism Friendly Award for the effective activity performed since 2022 in the field of the individual development of autistic children in our country.
